Business is changing; people everywhere are waking up to remember what’s truly important; purpose as well as profit, fulfillment as well as financial reward.Well-being is the way!

We see leadership as more art than science because when there is an absence of he(art) there is no creativity, no innovation, no care and no sustainable growth. Talent leave and fear drives the business system and then everything eventually burns out.

Working with the leadership team we take a systemic approach to the coaching process to bring a multi-dimensional response to catalysing change, transformation and innovation in a business. Working with the “whole” system enables the invisible and, often unconscious, elements to be revealed, reviewed then integrated.

Is any of this YOU right now?

Witnessing the six burnout triggers are:

  1. Lack of control: When you lack autonomy, ownership, or creative expression in your work

  2. Values conflict: A disconnect between your core values and your organization's

  3. Insufficient reward: Feeling unrecognized, underappreciated, or under-compensated

  4. Work overload: A workload that is too high, too complex, or too urgent

  5. Unfairness: A culture of favouritism or lack of fairness in the workplace

  6. Breakdown of community: Working with unsupportive or low-performing colleagues

Kath’s work gets to the heart of it all. She has made an inspiring impact on me, the team and our business in supporting us to be the best we can be, connected, creative and happy souls that delight in the work we get to do. She has shown us that contrary to popular opinion and mainstream advice, going with the flow, allowing time for rest and renewal and connection time to share our hopes, dreams and fears along with tuning into and listening to our intuition surpasses and guides us to sustainable success on every level.
